This is the first IR I have taken with my new Nikon D800 I was able to boost the ISO up to 400 and even with the IR post processing there was very little noise produced...

Taken at Barenschlossle, in Stuttgart Germany

Did you have to convert the camera to IR or can the D800 work with longer exposure and just an ir filter? Really nice shot!

Longer exposure (about 1-2 seconds I think) the details are in the meta-data... I eventually would love to get another D800 and convert it to IR so I can do quick exposures :)

No, it from a long exposure... the lake was not perfectly still in all areas...
