The Red Crown by Creative--Dragon The Red Crown by Creative--Dragon
Experimenting with different colors and different heights from which to drop the drops...
I've got more planned in the coming week, but this was the only really nice one from this 30 minutes session I did...

Enjoy!

Yay! I was just thinking the other day how much I love your water drops, and I hadn't seen any new ones lately. This came as a great surprise! Very beautiful as always! I especially love the colors!
You know, it would be so cool to see a Youtube video of how you take these pictures. Just a thought. :D

Oy! A youtube video??? Hmmm... I'd have to setup on D90 as a video camera then... LOL :)Interesting idea though. I never thought about doing a video tutorial... I might have to give it a go :)
What colors should I use in my gradient pattern? I want to use 4 colors... I'll let you pick :D

Posted a couple new ones using the the color scheme we talked about... the colors didn't come out quite like I wanted, but close enough ;)
I'll see about doing some more, different ones with the same colors later.. :D

Very beautiful.
I like this one more than the others of the series for the folowing reasons.
- Your color transistion is now diagonal instead of vertically, it is also more blended, the switch is more gentle.
- The color combination of golden yellow and light bleu with red water works great. The red sphere on the light background attracts the attention.
- The timing you chose to shoot gives a less turbulent image, I think that this togheter with the dark parts of the image gives the water a real glossy look.
- The dark parts give a good feell of depth.
I did notice 2 extra cirkels in the water, perfection would be for me trying endlessly for that perfect event, that where there is only the ripple of the center droplet.
I repeat again, very beautiful picture.

Thank you very much for the critique. I'm glad you like the image and the new gradients I'm using for backdrops... I'll be doing more as the weeks progress...

Cheers,
